When will I get my order?

Once we receive your order we will get it processed and packed in 1-2 days. We use Royal Mail to ship our products with the following delivery time frames (after order processing is completed): UK 1-3 working days; International 5-9 working days.


How much is shipping?

UK Shipping is free. International shipping is either £5 or £10 depending on the weight of the item (calculated at checkout). We use tracking for international shipments.


How do I track my order?

We’ll forward you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note some countries do not provide live tracking but rest assured your order is on its way.


What payment terms do you accept?

Orders are billed in British pounds. We accept all major credit cards and as well as PayPal. Simply select your preferred payment method at the checkout.


How can I cancel an order?

We start processing your order as soon as possible and unfortunately cannot cancel an order once we have started packing it. If you have made a mistake and get in touch with us here within 1-2 hours, we can usually cancel or amend it.


I’m having issues ordering online. What can I do?

If you are experiencing issues ordering from our website, there are few things you can try:

  • Clear your cache then restart your browser
  • Try using a different browser
  • Try switching to a different device

If all that fails, get in touch with us here and we will help you troubleshoot the problem.


My product arrived damaged. What can I do?

If your order is damaged, then please get in touch with us here and we arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.


My product hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us here and we will investigate. During peak times, please allow additional days for delivery. 


I have changed my mind. What can I do?

We understand, we're human too! We can refund the cost of the product (not including shipping costs) if you return the product in the condition you received it within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us here to arrange the return.


Do you do bulk discounts?

Yes! If you wish to purchase more than 10 items of any product, please get in touch at to discuss your discount options.
