When will I get my order?

Once we receive your order we will get it processed and packed in 2-3 days. You will receive an email when it has been posted to you. We use Royal Mail 1st class to ship our products. Due to Covid-19, we are currently shipping once a week and please also expect delays due to busy postage services.


How much is shipping?

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the item and is calculated at checkout.


How do I track my order?

We do not offer tracking but rest assured your order is on its way. If you do not receive your item(s) within the time frames indicated above, please let us know and we will investigate the issue.


What payment terms do you accept?

Orders are billed in British pounds. We accept all major credit cards and as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Simply select your preferred payment method at the checkout.


How can I cancel an order?

If you have made a mistake and get in touch with us here as soon as possible. We will be able to cancel or amend your order as long as we haven't already sent it.

If it has already been sent, please return it to us as is and we will issue a full refund. 


I’m having issues ordering online. What can I do?

If you are experiencing issues ordering from our website, there are few things you can try:

  • Clear your cache then restart your browser
  • Try using a different browser
  • Try switching to a different device

My product arrived damaged. What can I do?

If your order is damaged, then please get in touch with us here and we arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.


My product hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us here and we will investigate. During peak times, please allow additional days for delivery. 


I have changed my mind. What can I do?

We understand, we're human too. We can refund the full cost if you return the product in the condition you received it within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us here to arrange the return.


Do you do bulk discounts?

Yes! If you wish to purchase more than 10 items of any product, please get in touch at to discuss your discount options.
